The 3rd Shanghai Summit Meeting on Chemical Regulations in China, Korea and Japan -2013

The Summit Meeting on Chemical Regulation in China, Korea and Japan (SMCR) is regarded as the pioneer summit in China to communicate chemical regulations in Asia-Pacific region. SMCR was held by CIRS, KTR, and JEMAI in 2011 for the first time, and has won intense support from competent authorities from China, Korea, Japan and other countries in Asia since then. Now, SMCR has become one of the most influential chemical regulatory conferences worldwide.
We are pleased to announce that the 3rd Shanghai Summit Meeting on Chemical Regulations in China, Korea and Japan (SMCR 2013) will take place on 16-17 October in Shanghai and focus on the chemical regulations and safety management in Asia. SMCR 2013 will invite chemical regulatory experts, officials and industry representatives to share regulatory updates and compliance solutions with delegates aim to assist collaboration among countries in Asia-Pacific region, build transparent sharing of regulatory updates and enforcement measures, and promote the safety and sustainability of chemical industry in Asia-pacific region.
